Currently living at heritage gardens and the new management is nothing but rude no wonder people are moving out weekly, the pictures on the advertisment are not what the apartments look like thats what the office looks like , clubhouse what clubhouse.BEWARE

We have lived here for almost 3 years. At first it was a dirty and loud place to live. Problems hardly got solved, had a shower that was defective for almost the first year. Managers changed but the situation didn't. I must admit, with the hiring of the latest manager, things have gotten ALOT better. The property is cleaner, and any issues with the apartments are being taken care of. Any noise issues are dealt with at the time of the call. Every time i stop in the office, this manager is there, Ms. Tammy is always willing to help with any problems we may have. The management company made the right choice with hiring her. You can definately tell the difference in the "betterment" of the living quality there,

I have lived here for 6 months and it has not been the best place to live. in the 6 months that I have been here there has been 4 managers. Until the we got the new manager 2 months ago it has changed so much. The trash is picked up and you feel like you want to come home. The noise has gotten better and the work that needed to be done to the units are getting done on time. We have had the units sprayed 2 times in the last month and it is getting better everyday.

i have lived here for 6 months and had 4 managers but sense the new manager has come it has changed. It has gotten quiet, I can set on my porch and not worry about anything and not cops every night. It feels good to come home the last month.

I have been living here for 14 months. Several managers came and left within the first year. The previous corporate owners didn't hire anybody for two-three months so it got pretty bad. When I moved in I was told they were in the process of tidying. In the first year pest control came out Once The comments previous to mine explain the rest of the problems. Within in the last 2-3 months the apts have been bought by a new company. Since then pest control has been here one to two times a month, there has not been a problem with the trash incinerator (New prop. owners fixed it), it's always been, and still is, safe and quiet, neighbors are good, there isn't trash outside, the breezeway and stairs have been pressure washed a couple times and the landscape has been kept up. Last year the pool was nasty though now, with the new property manager, it looks like it will be thoroughly cleaned, it wouldn't hurt for the stairs and breezeway to be scrubbed more often and whitened.

Terrible, nasty place to live. BUGS everywhere (roaches, spiders, beetles, worms...you name it, it is here) and when asked to be sprayed...no results. Doesn't feel like a very safe place to live either, as cops are here often for a variety of reasons. Not happy with the cleanliness and maintenance of this place. Breeze ways and steps aren't cleaned at all, trash is left on the sidewalk near dumpster for days before being cleaned up. JUST NOT A VERY CLEAN PLACE TO LIVE!!!

Bad, bad bad management! Dirty & filthy all around buildings. People hang out at management office doors smoking and drinking beer through out day. Management are rarely there except on rent day.
