I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over five years until today and have had nothing but trouble with them from the start. Today I have closed both my checking accounts and my saving and am currently in the process of moving my 401k to Bank of America. After years of being nickeled and dime I eventually had enough and went to try to fix my account, nobody wanted to help me set things straight and when I asked if there is anything they can do about the $300 they took from my account everyone played dumb. I even spoke with the Store Manager Jose Gaona and could not do anything to help but sure knew how to close my account and tell me how to transfer my retirement; I have a feeling he has done that a lot. If you want a bank that well be a good fit with tailored packages and wiliness to work with their customer this back and branch is not it. I recommend going with a smaller bank or Bank of America.Joshua Collier
