General Info

I was raised in a small town west of Nashville. My husband was in the military, so we moved quite a bit, early in our marriage. Weâ??ve called Memphis, TN home for the past 8 years. I have a background in ICU/cardiac care nursing and then obtained my graduate degree from the University of Memphis. I have experience in wellness and acute/chronic disease prevention while working with patients in Internal medicine and Pediatrics. I decided to go into medicine because I have always wanted to promote healthy living and disease prevention. This career allows me to give back to my community by improving the health and well-being of patients.
