On Wednesday the spring on our garage door snapped. We couldn't manually open the door and both vehicles were in the garage. I needed to leave early morning Thursday for a business trip and didn't want to have to rent a car. We called Precision Door. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and said they were booked up but she would ask one of the techs if he could help us out. This was at 3:00 in the afternoon - before 5:00 Brandon showed up to rescue us. He replaced the spring, got the door hooked back up and was done in about 30 minutes. He did a great job and didn't try to up sell us or pressure us into any other services. Great job - highly recommend them. As fate would have it we got a coupon for a free service call the next day - life is cruel sometimes! :)

Excellent service! Another company actually didn't show up for two days. I called Precision based on the information I read on their website. They were not only prompt, they called to ask if they could come early, and both people were so professional and comfortable to have working at my home. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me a price that was reasonable. As they worked, it was clear they knew what they were doing and were very competent. I highly recommend this company.

Called on a Saturday morning for a repair. They arrived within an hour of the call. Within 20 minutes our cranky garage door was working perfectly. No extra charge for weekends!!! Excellent service.

Turned out to be a difficult job because of the weight of the two car garage door. The technician,Brandon, did a wonderful job getting if fixed and operational in a very timely fashion. It was not a "routine" job for him, I am sure. Glad I was able to call late in the day and have them there promptly the following morning.

Everything that you want from a service provider! A human (Ben) answered their phone quickly, provided a quote, explained the details, set an appointment. The service tech (Wes) called when he was enroute, showed up on time, reviewed the job, answered questions, went straight to work. Wes worked to get the job done quickly and efficiently. No wasted effort, no talking on the phone, no wandering off. He cleaned up after himself, made sure I was satisfied and headed to the next job. This is how business should be done.

Rick was on time, professional and proactive in performing regular maintenance adjustments to our garage door. We called with a problem that ended up being benign. I damaged my garage door trying to back in with freezer on the back of a truck. They were excellent, quick, and cuteous. I even got next day service.

Our garage door broke at the end of the day, locking both our cars inside. Precision Door came out and fixed it that night, it was worth the emergency service fee. I will definitely be using them again if anything else should happen with our garage door.
