I must say that these apartments are managed by very questionable individuals. I just moved out because they raised my rent on my renewal date. However, when I gave notice, they then tried to get me to stay by reducing the amount back to the original terms. By that time I had already given deposit on another apartment. But this is the kicker, when I turned in my keys they wouldn't even get up and inspect my unit with me or take my forwarding address. I just received a letter saying I owed $259.00 for damage to the carpet and bath tile. The carpet was soiled due to numerous times I had to spray for ants because their windows leaked and ants came in. But the kicker is they charged me for a tear in the bath tile. There was none when I left. So my wife goes over to pay the balance to just rid ourselves of this nightmare and the Manager wouldn't even come out of her office and show her the pictures she said she had of the damage tile. The worst managed apts in all of Memphis.
