I have been living here since June 2008 and I made a big mistake by not doing research before moving here. I made my decision by the appearance of the leasing office and the professionalism of the leasing agent. Had I known that the aparmtments does not have a maintenance person and that my repair request would not be handled in a timely fashion I would not moved here. I can also hear my neigbors talk, take showers, and flush the toilet, and not to forget when they walk it sounds like Big Foot is above me. The ceiling above my shower is leaking and has mold. One of the drawers in the main bathroom fell apart from me opening it on the first time. The cable is the worst because they don't give you an option. You will have to have direct TV or Direct Path. If your aparment is in a bad area you will not be able to get directtv and Direct Path is $83 a month for 1 HBO channel and 1 ShoTime. Please do research before moving here
