Dr. Oscar Ramos, born in Cuba, immigrated with his family to Little Rock, AR as a child where he attended Catholic High School. He attended Rhodes College and earned his BS degree in Biology, then graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1987. Dr Ramos helped establish Eye Care Center of Memphis in 1988. Dr Ramos has practiced in Memphis area for over 25 years, specializing in eye and vision wellness, treatment and management of ocular conditions and hard-to-fit contact lens patients. Dr. Ramos resides in Collierville.
