I love this place. The sushi is fantastic. I have to eat here at least 3x a week. The only thing i dislike is the fact that they charge you for the shrimp sauce when you go through the drive through.

Just ate at this place and it was discusting, California roll was very dry and the prices were ridiculous for the very little portion of food you are served the broth soup they serve is horrible it smells like dog food I have left a very unhappy guest I will NOT be back!!!!

The Sushi is fresh and looks beautiful. The Yamato roll was delicious and unlike any Sushi I have ever eaten, a delightful dish with a mild spiciness that added a wonderful zest to the flavor. I did not try any steak or chicken this visit, because I feel that a Japanese restaurant that makes good Sushi will serve good steak and chicken. I hope they get a beer license one day because there is a great Japanese beer that is perfect with Sushi, but at the time of my visit they do not serve alcoholic beverages. All in all, I enjoyed my visit to Yamato, and will eat there again.

I'm from a big city and eat sushi frequently. I picked up some sushi once on my way home after working near there. I was surprised that a small town had great sushi. I've been back twice and still give it 5 stars. Pricing is reasonable as well.

We`stopped by this restaurant on the way thru town on our vacation. We had the chicken hibachi and the shrimp and vegatables. Very good food that was served quickly and a friendly staff.
