Rude staff, especially the red-headed one at the window. Told me she'd cancel my appointment (I just made) if I didn't call the day before to let her know I was for sure coming. Feels like the assistants are whispering about you and giggling. Didn't know how much anything would cost until I was asked to pay several hundreds of dollars. Would NOT recommend.
