I've always went there for my picks, strings and such I'm looking for a martin or a taylor grand autorium can you please let me know if u can get one of those or close to there

I've been to Gibson's music on two occasions. I purchased my first guitar here. A few months ago I went in to look at wireless guitar systems. I asked to try out a Samson wireless instrument system on their shelf. They said that I would have to purchase the item before the box would be opened. I immediately left. Unfortunately, with no customer service, Gibson's music will continue to loose customers. And a business without customers isn't in business.

Great store and great people! They have or can get anything musically you're looking for! Plus they're great musicians in their own right!

I went in to buy a twelve string, and they had a Taylor on the wall. I already have three Taylors and wanted another or maybe a Martin. The guy showed me a crappy looking cheaper guitar, but I like quality. He said, "I have a nice Taylor, but I'm only going to point at it." Who buys an expensive car before a test drive? I just walked out. The T5 they have is in a plexiglass case like it's a holy relic or something.

Weird way to try to sell your wares. I'll not go back EVER!

This store is like stepping back into the 50's as far as customer service goes. Family owned and operated they offer a wide selection of pianos and guitars. They also offer voice, piano guitar and other lessons. Go in and ask for Betty, she is more than willing to help you!
