Sheila Kenley held me up from receiving my tax return! I'm now $1,000 negative in my bank account at First Niagara. Never was offered an option to have an Emerald Card. Filed on 2/4/2015 and still don't have my return. :( This could compromise my ability to get a Home Equity Loan now, which I was counting on to help me get back on by feet following a divorce to a man using mental illness as an excuse not to work for a living. I'm concerned primarily because my parents have the same habit of trying to force my dependency on them. My father recommended Sheila personally last year. So I suppose it's ny fault. When I hire a professional, that's because I want to be in trusted hands so I don't have to worry about all the rules and details. I suppose my ignorance makes me an easy "mark." Oh well! Live and learn.
