I work with a variety of mental health concerns, but my focus areas include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, stress, borderline personality disorder, LGTBQIA issues, and co-occurring mental health with substance abuse issues. My therapeutic approach has elements of mindfulness, internal family systems therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing.
