Worst choice!! Our son bitten by a child, hence began to bite. Teachers are so very unskilled on how to positively correct and his demeanor became worse. After asking what is POLICY for such situations for positive devlpmnt of children, we were told, biting is normal, it's okay! Until our final day, Dad comes to pick up our 18 mo & in the entranceway! is pulled aside and told he is suspended a week. We were floored at the lack of professionalism and explanation of THIS "policy" after asking so many times before when our son came home bitten and having bitten another. We asked for an apt.to discuss as we beleived the rationality an uneducated "guess" as to how to educate children. Meeting was SOUR. After invest. $20K & trusing them, Director never lft her desk to greet us was viciously rude about concern with way this and our CHILD was being dealt it became clear the uneducated & rude manner was trickling down to the children and reason for turnover of care givrs was then evident
