Incorporated in 1986, BAC Florida Investments is a part of the BAC Financial Network, a group providing a wide array of financial services in the United States. The investment firm serves a broad range of individual and institutional investors. BAC Florida Investments offers three types of accounts; individual, joint and corporate. It provides investment strategy, research, expedient order execution and other related services to its clientele. The company is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. (FINRA) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). In 1999, BAC Florida Investments was acquired by BAC Florida Bank and became its stand-alone securities subsidiary.
