      As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), I provide therapy to teens and adults for a broad spectrum of issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationships, stress, finding a sense of peace and balance, legal problems, grief, self-esteem building, and anything else that one would want to address with a professional in a private and nonjudgmental setting.
