Based in Miami, Fla., La Rosa Bakery specializes in cakes, catering and consulting. It custom designs cakes for bar mitzvahs, holidays, special occasions, weddings, birthdays, showers and communions. The bakery has been operational since April 1968, offering a variety of products, such as dinner rolls with ham spread, French pastry, French ham and cheese pastry, guava pastry, stuffed potatoes, chicken legs, Spanish omelet and pastry chicken among others. In addition, La Rosa Bakery provides fruit tart miniature, stuffed croissant and chicken Vaulovent.
