As a current resident, I'd like to say that River Oaks is a great place to live. The Facility itself is cheerful and light, the people are friendly and the meals are tasty and filling. Please ignore the negative review above, as I believe that it was written by a disgruntled former employee. Come on guys, if you're gonna slam someplace at least have the guts to sign your name! Yeah, there is a fairly high turnover rate in service personnel, but that is typical of any place like this. Compare it to McDonald's or a major hotel chain and you'll see they do a pretty good job of retaining workers. If you are in the market for River Oaks services come on by and check it out.

This place is not the place to go. They don't do background checks on employees. A lot of residence have had things stolen. The managers are so bad half of the residents are ready to leave. Stacy don't know how to treat people. They can't keep nurses nor employees because of how they act. Nothing but GHETTO employees trust me
