It's funny that this woman doesn't like danielle. Danielle is the salon BARBER and doesn't cut women's hair, so this woman is all lies! I've been going to Danielle for over 5 years and loved every mans cut she gave me. She has been a barber for many years now and does not to women's hair for the record.

Was referred here to a friend and I was absolutely disgusted. The service was awful and the woman named Danielle completely ruined my hair. I had to cut my waist length hair into a bob. She was rude and was very negative and inappropriate. She created a terrible atmosphere and I could tell the other customers who were listening were uncomfortable as well. This woman doesn't belong in a salon, maybe at a truck stop. Never coming to New Concept Salon ever again and I would never recommend anyone to this so called "beauty shop". If I could give any less stars I would.

I highly recommend this salon for myself, but more importantly because my teenage daughter has been happily going to Karen for years. Karen continues to please her by taking the time to listen when it is time to choose a color or cut. My daughter is away at college now, but always waits to have Karen do her hair when she is home. She has recommended Karen to her friends many times and they have all been very happy.

Been going to Altering Images since Karen opened her beautiful salon. Not only is the atmosphere inviting... Karen's one of the BEST stylist around. Prices can't be beat for an awesome cut and color. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. S

Very Warm and inviting, the girls are so nice and pleasent. I will be back to see them again!
