DePlois & Bailey is a well-established law firm located in the Empire District of Coos Bay, Oregon. As a small firm, we take pride in our ability to work closely with clients in order to best promote their specific legal interests throughout the course of each representation. We represent veteran clients from across the country in appealing unfavorable decisions by the VA. We also specialize in representing South Coast locals in cases relating to family law (including divorce, establishing child custody, parenting time and support and modifications of judgments in existing domestic relations cases), criminal law, restraining orders and more. DePlois is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and is admitted to the following courts: 1) United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; 2) United States District Court for the District of Oregon; 3) United States Supreme Court. Jacques P. DePlois has been certified by the Veterans Administration as an accredited representative since October of 2008.
