The FountainView community provides residents with a friendly neighborhood setting, giving them the opportunity to socialize with peers and remain a part of a community. We care for those who are basically ambulatory and are in need of some level of assistance with everyday living to those that need assistance with every activity. Each resident has an individualized care plan based on their personal and particular needs. Our residents also have the freedom to leave overnight for extended periods of time. We will always welcome them “home”.
