I visited this dentist. The dentist was good, but they then billed our insurance company outrageous charges which out insurance obviously denied. So I have nothing against the dentist, but a lot against the corrupt practices of the billing office. They also included "emergency charges" which were paid by my insurance company, but were charges for things that WE DID NOT HAVE DONE! When I called the office to notify them of their mistake, the receptionist was horribly rude and condescending. We have taken our family elsewhere and LOVE the new dentist (in Oneonta). I would rather drive to Oneonta or the Utica area than deal with such THIEVES! This is a major reason as to why insurance premiums are so high, as our health care cost is the highest in the world. Do yourself and this country a favor by staying away from corrupt dentists like this one. Thsi has just been my experience.
