I bought some $35 baseball pants here. After two uses and one wash the belt loops started coming off and the waist was unravelling. I took them back and they told me their policy is that once anything has been used it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. I have never heard of this kind of return policy in any US retail shop. (That is even worse than Europe.)They offered to take them for a week and repair them but thats no good as I bought them because the baseball season is starting and so I would have to buy another pair to use in the interim. I took them somewhere else where they were repaired in about 20 minutes.
