Horrible service!! My refrigerator broke. He came out the first time and was suppose order a part and come back to switch it out. He came back after a month and multiple calls and messages. Nothing got fixed. He never ordered the part (didn't tell me till he had my freezer apart), he just came, took my freezer apart, told me he couldn't fix it and charged me for coming out. If I would've known he hadn't ordered the part I would've never had him waste his or my time. Don't waste your time and money. He prioritizes AC customers (his own words). I feel robbed but I guess it was an easy way to get rid of him too.
