Coolidge Public Works Department's mission is to maintain the city s infrastructure and facilities in an efficient and effective manner. The Department s responsibilities include street maintenance, repairs, reconstruction, sweeping, and striping; signage; garbage collection and bulk trash pickup; operation of a wastewater treatment and collection system; maintenance and repair of public buildings and facilities and maintenance of city vehicles and equipments. The Department of Public Works has various divisions, including building maintenance, wastewater operations, solid waste, streets and vehicle maintenance.
