The company has achieved its ISO 9002 certification from the International Organization for Standardization. Metcom is also QS-9000 certified. It operates a 78,000-square-foot facility and oversees a professional staff of more than 90 employees. The company maintains an in-house tooling department that designs and builds tools, as well as performs spot and projection welding, riveting and hole piercing processes. Additionally, Metcom operates a spinning department that performs trimming, beading, necking and flanging operations.
