I was one of this company's first customers for cpap supplies. at first it was wonderful. after a couple of years it took 18 months to get my mask. I put up with it feeling it was an oversight but come on. I quit and went to a larco in cookville. when I found they couldn't order what I wanted I figured what the heck. I will try becky again, however...……… I called October 12th knowing I couldn't get a new mask until October 19 thinking they could order it and I should get it shortly after. it is now 12/01. I have called every 2 days since the beginning of November. I was told it was already mailed the end of October. mid November oh they were sorry they'd been sick and were unable to mail it. what happened to they mailed it. 3rd week of nov. we can't get the hose you want. end of the week, its in the mail. got it today. 12/01. opened the box excited it had actually came, in the box. a shorter hose that's ok a humidifier for my machine which I didn't need and a PIECE of a mask. i'd have rather had no mail than this . I am livid.
