I moved in this apt and stayed about 8 months.When i went to look at the apt i was showed a apt that was beautiful,cozy and I loved it. So i rented the apt because she said that all the apt were the same and looked like this one. To my surprise the apt i got WAS NOTHING like the apt i saw. Also, My air condition went out one night ( it was the dead of summer) no breeze or anything. So i called the ER # that they gave me. To my surprise she said that it couldn't be fixed till the next day. She told me that the maintenance guy was not on call and i would have to wait. I pleaded with her by telling her how hot it was and that i had a disorder that doesn't "mix" well with the heat and she only said to me. I'm sorry we have to go by protocol. I WAS SHOCKED!!! i quickly found another place to live and moved out!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Our Apartment Staff always informs us of whats going on, so we always have enough time to make plans to be home or board our pets. Looking for a pet friendly place wasn't easy! We really enjoy the bark park that stood out to us that it really would be a pet friendly place. They even ask if coco and have a treat when we stop in to pay our rent and she is with us..We needed our dryer vent fixed and it was blown out and ready to go within hours from putting in the order! The maintenance guy was very friendly and even ask if there was anything else we needed...

Fleetwood has changed names and management. It is Hampton Creek now and I would refer anyone to live there. I moved out in September and recieved a full deposit back in about 3an1/2 weeks! I only moved because of work. They were always helpful to me especially if I had a problem.

I have lived here for three years and maintains team is great! Managers have changed a few times, but the one that is here now is great she cares if you have a problem it becomes her problem until she can fix it...This is the first apartment I have lived in that has regular pest control. When renovation was happening we wasn't sure we would stay, we thought the price would go out the roof. Our increase has been worth it and we love our neighbors. The quietness is unbelievable for apartment living..

I moved out of this complex in on January 1 of 2006. I spoke to the manager of the complex and was told that I would be receiving a full security deposit refund. This was back in February. It is now April 28th and I have still not seen my refund check. I have called the office twice now: the first time I was told that they would check into it and call me back, but never did, and the second was today and I received an answering machine message. The apartments are nice and the community is great. They have been top notch in the service they gave up until I moved out.
