General Info

The Journey MCC offers an open and affirming ministry of Jesus Christ and seeks to provide a safe, loving and non judgmental environment for people to discover the Living God in their lives. We believe that God calls all of us into God's holy fellowship regardless of who we are, where we have come from, and what we understand God to be in our lives. All are welcome. The Journey is an extension of Christians from First MCC of Atlanta with the mission of reaching out beyond the Metro Atlanta perimeter to Conyers, Covington and other areas south of Atlanta. We believe in the call of Jesus to make disciples of all nations; we believe there are many outside of the Metro Atlanta area who want and need to hear the message of God's all-inclusive love as only MCC can deliver.
