My husband is a good employee, no matter where he is employed. He contributes 110% of loyalty and devotion to his work. He took pride in his job, and always did what he was asked.
In this case I’m at 50/50 with this company. I feel there are favorites when it comes to who still has their job. My husband worked for this company for almost 5 years. His time, loyalty nor dedication was considered when he had his first accident. There have been others that have had more than one accident, costing the company for more in cost of damages and insurance premiums yet, my husband was terminated in a blink. We went to court to fight and ensure his CDL would be cleared of any points and such.
After court all of the current employees told him he should ask Mr. Chris Lewis (owner of heritage hauling inc) for his job back. Upon waiting in the office of heritage, the dispatcher approached my husband and ran him off. I know he misses his job, co-workers but, I do feel he was treated unfairly. Heritage hauling inc is the reason my husband was able to provide for his family. All he wanted was to go back to what he knew as his home. I’m thankful for the time my husband was an employee and thankful for all he was able to provide his family. Without heritage hauling inc, none of this would have been possible. I do feel that he was good to heritage in return and deserved a second chance just as the other drivers who had been in numerous accidents and still kept their jobs. They’ll never care as much as my husband did.

Sad, when a company FORCES their drivers to work very long unsafe hours just to make themselves richer, no care for the drivers or their families, best if drivers are single, if they are married this company will force them to divorce as their employees are NEVER allowed to see their families!!!!!!!
