Really bad customer service, they first had me leave work early with promises of picking it up that afternoon. When I called at 4:00 I got no answer on 5 different calls. Finally 15 minutes later I got through to their parts line. They informed me that it was now too late because I called too late....... well it wouldn't of been late if they would have picked up! They were only offering me $100 at the time, when I told them I would be looking elsewhere over the weekend they promised me $40 more to come at 8:30 in the morning, of course they missed that window as well and said they were on their way and that my roommate could sign for me. An hour and a half later my roommate had to go to work and said too bad. They will try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor, but to be honest buying any car for $140 is a deal. Going to be looking for other options, it's not about the money anymore it's just very poor customer service. Look Elsewhere!
