The staff at Conway Manor is very caring. They treat the residents there as family members. I was there for rehab from Nov 2009-Nov 2011. In that time I got to know many of the staff members fairly well. All of the staff from administration, to nursing, therapy, activities, social services, the business dept, maintenance, dietary, and housekeeping are all very caring and friendly. If you have an issue that needs addressed, there are a number of people who are more than willing to help residents and their family members with any issues they have. I was a resident there for rehab from Nov. 2009-Nov. 2011 and it was a positive environment. As I progressed in my physical therapy and began to walk finally, the number of people cheering me on was amazing. Both other residents and staff members were excited to see progress in residents. I return every 2 wks and am treated as if I have been missed.
