We had our compressor go bad on our home AC unit. We called Conway Cooling and heating. This compressor was under warranty and we try to do business with local independent businesses. Well we went without AC on the second floor of our house for almost 4 days this is where all our bedrooms are located. Every time I called I was give excuses on why it?s taking so long. It cost $75.00 handling fee for the compressor (Which was under warranty) another $75.00 to ship it here. Then another $550.00 to install it labor?? Thank God It was under Warranty! I would not recommend this company and I will personally never do business with them again. The repair person was at our house on all visits for a total of maybe 4 hours yet we were charged for 8 hours Labor?? TJK IN Conway
