These people don't have a clue how to cut hair. All they are is FAST. All they do is buzz cut and pay no attention to style nor instructions. I simply wanted my long hair trimmed, specifically told them to leave it a medium length, cut over but close to the ears and I ended up looking like I am enlisting into the Marines. Terrible! I would sue if I weren't such a nice guy.

Two of my daughters have gone here- one came out looking amazing, the other like a kindergartener had whacked off their own hair. Seriously, it looked fine while it was all styled, the minute she showered you could tell that hair was all over the place and only massive amounts of product held it in place. Everyone, and I do mean everyone including people who don't notice these things asked her what happened, it was that lopsided.
