Founded in 1960, Weaver-Bailey Contractors is one of the largest main line concrete pavers in Arkansas. It undertakes the construction of several public projects, including roads, highways, parking lots and municipal airports. The company also produces ready-mix concrete for subdivision construction that includes earthwork, drainage services, and curb and gutter paving. Weaver-Bailey Contractors serves the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department. In addition, the company has a staff of more than 100 employees and operates a subsidiary, Webco Mining. The company is a member of The Associated General Contractors of America, American Concrete Pavement Association and The Arkansas Chapter, Associated General Contractors of America. It has additional operations in Oklahoma, Tennessee and Mississippi. Weaver-Bailey Contractors is headquartered in El Paso, Ark.
