PARENTS BEWARE: The office manager is not out to protect or assist you at all. She is rude and completely uncooperative. Unreasonable! No matter what term of lease you sign, do not be fooled by their attempts to trap you into an auto renewal. They will place a reminder notice on your door which requires all tenants signatures and gives you a check box to check that plainly states, Yes, I will be renewing my lease or NO, I will not be renewing my lease and my move out date is 30 days later. NOTE: THIS IS NOT YOUR 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE!!!!! Even if you make sure it is turned in 30 days prior to your move out date, they will not even say....By the way, we still need a written notice. They will simply take your reminder from your child and 2 weeks later call them and say...oh, btw....we've renewed your lease for another 6 months. If this is your first time to lease an apartment, get ready to get royally screwed by this place !!!! Parents Beware!!

Honestly, they are out to completely rob you and your college students blind. Do not do it. Although they are the nicest apartments in town, they will screw you coming and going. The day we signed our lease, there was a college student in the office rather upset and begged us not to sign a lease there. He said they had nickled and dimed he and his college roommate to death the entire time they lived there. His roommate had spilled a quarter size drop of bleach on the carpet and instead of replacing the spot, or even the room, they replaced the entire apartment and billed the college students $1500.00. Since we have lived there, they have tried on several occasions to accuse our students of things they could not prove. Tried to fine us $500 for an incident accusing one of our roomates of going in the exit gate. Said she was in a truck with a guy. When questioned, they had no proof, no make and model of the truck, no license, and the one accused was out of state.
