Delicious Control (DC) is a sole proprietorship, founded by Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Rachel Hudes, MS, RD, LDN. DC aims to help individuals gain control of and improve their lifestyle, so that they can prevent/manage chronic illness, and live better, happier lives. It takes a certain mentality, knowledge, resources, and time to make the decisions that promote positive results. Whether you want to lose weight, boost metabolism, lower your cholesterol/blood pressure numbers, or simply have more energy during the day, DC will help you achieve your goals and enjoy living a healthier life.
