Very unimpressed with the sales department, the sales manager, and the finance person. I was quoted a monthly payment amount on a loaded model and then when I get there it's a base model with very few options. Also the lack of communication between the sales manager, the sales person, and the finance person was unnerving. As the saying goes buyer BEEARE. This was the most unimpressive car buying experience I have ever had thus far. This will be my first and probably last Mazda vehicle. I just hope that the service department is a whole lot better than the sales department was, but I am not holding my breath .
I called the service department to schedule an appointment and left a message, as the service department was closed already. Around 7pm I received a call back from Daniel Wrider and he immediately scheduled me for an early appointment the following morning per my request. I was received very courteously and there was minimal wait time while they completed the requested service. Daniel even found a screw in my tire which was not the main reason for my service. Daniel and all staff encountered in the service department were professional in all their work as well as being very efficient and friendly!!! I highly recommend Gullo Mazda of Conroe Service Department for car service and repairs.
I bought my brand new 2016 cx5 from LOGAN JOHNSON. I talked to 5 different dealerships and she gave the best price. I drove up to Conroe from downtown Houston to buy from her. she was very nice and friendly. She found the color and options that I was looking for. a pearl white grand touring basic was hard to find, but she located one and had it waiting for me. JUSTIN SMITHEY handled the finance part, he took his time and explained all my options. he was polite, friendly, and put my mind at ease, car buying can be stressful with all the paper work.

I bought a pre-owned certified CX-7 from Gullo. I have the extended service plan of which I have been to the service department on about 6 occasions now. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. Dan and David have been very informative on the vehicle check list once performed. On one occasion the battery tested weak. I was glad that they proactively found that as we were heading out of state the following weeks. I'd rather buy a new battery from somebody that helped prevent me from getting stranded on my trip. Great job guys! Be back soon.

I recently took my Mazda3 in to have a software upgrade. I am always happy with the service I receive. This time David Williams was the gentlemen that helped me. He was exactly as perfect as I have come to expect from Mazda. This is my first Mazda car ever and I already want another one, so I have two. (Mine is six months old.)Thank you for the great service and product.

We recently bought a 2015 Mazda3 Hatchback from Logan Johnson at Gullo. It was absolutely the most efficient, smooth car buying experience I have ever been through. We took care of all the pricing negotiations over email, text and phone resulting in a great price and arrived from California to sign a few papers and pick up the car for our son living in Houston for the summer. Logan and the Finance Director, Kirk, had everything ready to go when we showed up. It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this dealership.

This is my second Mazda purchased from Gullo. I never considered dealing with any other dealer because I was very pleased with my 2012 Mazda and the treatment I received at Gullo from Debbie Osgood. When I purchased my 2012 Mazda, Debbie Osgood (then Archibald) was a breath of fresh air. In my 50 years of purchasing cars, I had never a more satisfying purchase experience. When I decided to buy a new vehicle, I never considered another vehicle or dealer because of my previous experience at Gullo. Debbie Osgood exceed all of my expectations during my purchase of my 2015 CX 5. I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from Gullo because of the service I received and would recommend Debbie Osgood to everyone.

I have been involved with Gullo Mazda for just under two years for purchases and servicing of 2 CX9s. My experiences have been extraordinary. These people want to sell and service Mazdas and will go that extra mile to meet customer needs. Sales personnel have been extraordinary, the finance department excellent and the service department has changed my opinion about auto dealer services being more expensive or time consuming than other vendors.
