Basically tried to steal my f250 I will never do business with them ever again. I left a review when it happened and it mysteriously disappeared. When they went way past the time of fixing my truck they had driven it to conroe approx 20 miles to another shop and LIED to me about it. I specifically told them DO NOT DRIVE IT. it needed all the injectors replaced and was NOT DRIVABLE well when I finally had the manager tell me where it was after them blantley lying to me I walk into this show and they tell me the owner drove it there and left it UNLOCKED. I go to start it and it wouldn't even start. The owner of cutting edge then keeps lying to me saying it was never driven.. even though the milage said differently. The owner called me a liar and threatened to call his lawyer ( wish he would have) I had it towed to a real shop and the job was done within 3 days. Cutting edge had my truck for almost 2 weeks and the owner kept lying about working on it and his manager came clean and said they never touched it just drove it and left it. You couldn't pay me to use this place again and when I posted on my Facebook about it I had multiple people comment other atrocities about them. They also tried to tell me I couldn't have my truck back without paying labor !!!! WHAT LABOR YOU LIAR! HIS OWN MANAGER SAID THEY NEVER TOUCHED IT. THE OWNER SAID THAT IT WAS IN THE BACK DISMANTLED AND THEY JUST DROVE IT TO CONROE!
