This little funeral home has been very professional as far as I know. I have never used them but have had 3 family members who used them and they have always been very helpful and gracious to greiving members of my family. They are not big or fancy but seem to be caring and knowledgable. I live in Spring and have made my arrangements elsewhere , but would not mind using them.

So far my family is in the process of using this "business". At this time the people have been rude and insolent towards those of us calling for information. I can only surmise this is due to the fact they are not making as much money off of our family as usual. Since the memorial service is being held at a church and they are not selling us a casket their profit margin is cut so any type of compassion is missing. If I were the family member in charge of making the arrangements, I would go elsewhere immediately. My family has lived in the Houston metro area over 100 years, many being ministers. Since this business treats people with little compassion, I intend to let anyone know this establishment and anyone affiliated with them are less than desirable a "business" to consider during a time of loss and grief.
