keep telling me they will be out to install the cable but that was almost 6 weeks ago. I called back and they sent someone else out. Same thing. Someone will call you and they never call back. The neighbor next to me had the same issue when he hooked up his service just about a month ago. The techs keep telling me that I have the same issue but they can't hook me up. Don't waste your time with these clowns. Your better off with rabbit ears.
