I will not use ABT after trying the company recently for three bi-monthly cleanings (over a 6-wk period). The first crew who came to clean 6 weeks ago were (by my standards) a 6 out of 10. I did not complain to the owner; nor was I asked for feedback. Perhaps they could have done a better job, but according to Loretta (the owner) within the 2 weeks after cleaning my house, they quit and stole 2 of her clients.The next crew had some miscommunication issues with Loretta regarding cleaning my upstairs which surfaced again yesterday when they came to clean and I asked if they had any questions. According to my standards, after 2 cleanings this crew were better than the first crew---I'd rate their work an 8 out of 10. My top 2 complaints (although there are more): 1. Something was sprayed in my shower that smelled like bleach and gave me a headache. Loretta assured me for liability reasons her workers cannot use bleach. Bleach has a distinctive smell even if diluted and as an added ingredient in another cleaning product. 2. My patio door was left unlocked and my burglar alarm was not activated when the staff left yesterday. Therefore my house could have been entered from my back yard while I was away. This is a serious concern. It was not a good fit for me personally, but I wish you well ABT.

Fantastic Company. I chose to go with this company having read the positive/negative reviews and so glad I did. My wife and I are more than pleased with the very professional service we got. They arrived fully equipped with their supplies. The staff were polite, organized and attentive and the owner was a pleasure to talk with even when we phoned her on a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I can rest assured that we have begun a long established service with this very reputable company and know that our home is in very safe hands

We were disappointed in the quality of the work. We paid $200.00 for a deep cleaning and floors still showed signs of dirt, end tables still had dust on them, stove top under burners were not cleaned.

What a fantastic company. I phoned Ms Burke on Sunday as I have my parents visiting me today, Ms Burke was so pleasant to talk to and put me at ease. She had the two ladies at my house yesterday and they worked so well. I was concerned about the dog hair and they were down on their hands and knees cleaning my baseboards and removing the hair. I have very hard water and my shower glass is bad. Although they could not remove every mark the treatment they did has left it shinier than it has been in years. I am so pleased with A British Touch that I am now booking a regular service. The price is very reasonable compared with other quotes I got. Thank you Ms Burke, and please thank your ladies again.

To whom it may or may not concern. I have never in the 2yrs i have been using The British Touch Services. Picked up the phone to call to owner of this company with or without a problem and her NOT answer. The girls that come out to my home are very professional and always has something nice to say there are times i don't talk to anyone until the girls come by to clean every week (because i live alone) and when they leave my home i Know it's cleaned. THANK YOU LOTTY AND LADIES KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Just wanting to let you know that the service that was provided today was great. T he ladies are always careful with my things,and hard workers. I am here at home sometimes and away also I always have the same professional cleaning everytime no matter what.THANKS AGAIN KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

The ladies sent by this company were totally professional, and cleaned everything on my property. The got into all corners and scrubbed my showers. I am recommending this company

I cannot rave about British Touch enough! They are punctual, expedient, thorough, respectful, I mean awesome just isn't powerful enough of an adjective. I mean you always worry about letting people in your home, but the ladies were very personable, and made me feel very comfortable. I hired them because we had a cat and my youngest turned out to be allergic, they were able to fit me in for next day service, and you would never know a cat had ever lived here. They are marvelous. (also very reasonable.) I will def. keep them in mind for the future, and recommend them to anyone and everyone that I can. GREAT JOB!

This cleaning service is the best I ever had! They showed up on time and ready to work. Never a problem, even let the dog out when done. Lotty the owner is always there if there is a special request or a problem if there ever was one. If I were you, I would call her tonight and set up an appointment. You will be happy you did!!

I have used numerous services (advertised commercial services) and have never been entirely comfortable or satisfied with the service I was paying for (never left my home unattended and paid too much for less than exceptional service). After moving to the Conroe/Willis area, I decided to try a local/more personal service hoping to see better results (no matter the price) & have been hooked ever since! This company is not only one you can count on to provide exemplary customer service every single visit, but also a company you can trust in your home! (Could you imagine??!!) IF you don't feel the service was satisfactory, the owner appreciates your insight regarding the service and will gladly correct the issue at your convenience! Believe it or not, someone still knows the importance & need for customer service & stands by their word!! Phenomenal service - & that's coming from someone who has worked many years in the service industry and is rather critical in that area!
