I was taken to the back and sat in the office for 30 minutes when one of the ladies came back and said they needed prior approval for my procedure. I started to get up and leave but they said "just wait 5 minutes and we will take care of everything". After waiting for a total of an hour I was told that yes I needed prior approval for my procedure. This is not the first issue I have had with them, and I won't be going back. If you are looking for a well organized, quality dental office you will need to take your business somewhere else.orite, or highly recommended because
