The company is a supplier for industrial and commercial distributors and has retail sales to independent lumber and hardware stores. Other Pan American products include collated screws and screwdrivers. The company is based in Conover, N.C., with additional operations in Elkhart, Ind. Combined, Pan American Screw has more than 50 employees and approximately 75,000 square feet of operational space. It is the parent company of Conover-based Deerwood Fasteners International and subsidiary of The Marmon Group, a Chicago-based international association of more than 100 companies.
