Andy doesn't know what he's doing. I'd recommend hiring an actual professional. The man does try, but he needs to work under a real landscape company to get properly trained before going out and messing up someones property. If he sows grass in your yard, all I can say to you is that I hope your mower (if grass even grows) has a good suspension system. He does not know how to properly grade. You'll have clups of dirt and holes all over your yard.
