Established in 1997, Quality Engineering Solutions Inc. is a civil engineering firm serving the pavement and transportation community. Based in Conneaut Lake, Pa., the firm has expertise in pavement design/management, materials, construction inspection and highway and bridge construction. It also offers services, including training, research, quality control/quality assurance programs, forensic investigation and expert witness testimony. The firm serves several government agencies, departments of transportation, port authorities, universities, transportation research centers and corporate clients. Some of its clients include the Federal Highway Administration, United States Navy and National Highway Institute.
