My husband and I could not decide if we should go in.....the exterio didn't match the wonderful reviews. However, we tried it last year and eat there every Fridays that we are in the area! The owners and staff are so warm and friendly. Most important the food is fresh, home grown, creative and WONDERFUL! One of the fun parts is that its BYOB. It is so reasonably priced for the quality of food. The antipasta bar is out of this world.....Tony your the best kept secret this side of Pittsburgh.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Pay no attention to the outside of the building!! I have never had such a difficult time deciding what to order, the menu is incredible. Our waitress was very helpful with her recommendations and knew the menu better than my grandma knows the Bible. The antipasto bar was impressive, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the sardines with capers and onions. Very nice touch with the sorbet, I needed it to cool my pallet after the perfectly roasted peppers. My flat iron steak was exquisite . The portabella mushrooms and smoked gouda cheese that topped it were just indescribable. The seafood in my wife's linguini dish looked tasty, and they must of been good because she would not even share one mussel with me! Her scallops were huge! Even though we didn't think we could eat another thing, our waitress suggested the frozen Limoncello, a perfect end to a perfect meal. Don't forget your own wine. We can not wait to go back.

Makes Chovy's in Meadville look like an overly expensive McDonalds. Antonios is an island of culinary excellence in a sea of mediocrity

I've been going to Antonio's for the last 3 years while I find the food excellent, the service has gone down hill since last year. I guess you can't have the best of both worlds, shame at one time though it was best of the both, food a =5 service= 1! I will continue to go to Antonio's for the food, but will prepare myself for the blah service.

Extremely high quality of food, great service and unique. Love the fresh dipping oils for their fresh hot bread. Unique antipasta table that has fresh daily made salads. We adore the sorbet between courses. Menu is creative and the food is truly a delight. The desserts are made fresh on premises. We will be back again.

Wow! Incredible from beginning to end. Homey & welcoming. The salad bar is beyond compare and a unique dining experience in itself. I've not seen another like it! As far as the meals themselves, I just couldn't make up my mind...each one sounded better than the last. We choose the Veal Francese and the Stuffed Grape Leaves which was one of the delectable specials. Both meals were to die for! And they looked so wonderful it seem a shame to dig into them. To end the experience we shared the Limoncello, a dessert so light and refreshing. This restaurant allows you to bring your own wine...we loved that option....but if you don't bring your own, they serve complimentary wine and beer...how fun is that! We say many thumbs up to Antonio and his staff! Keep up the great work!

Superb! We will go back again and again. The large menu of extremely interesting items makes it difficult to choose - I want one of everything! They say that they serve "Italian International" and judging by the menu listings and the inventive specials, that seems to be an apt term. Upscale food and a charming atmosphere. Don't let the outside of the building fool you- once you step through the doors you are in a whole 'nother world. We had the Seafood Antonio (best scallops I ever had in my life,) Steak Brenna (tender and cooked just right,) Lasagna (better than mine!) and Veal Piccatta (my mouth is watering now- real veal tender enough to cut with a fork.) Also tried the Tiramisu and Chocolate Truffles for dessert. Both made right there from scratch and delicious. We give the food, atmosphere, and the staff all an A+. Can't wait to make a return trip.

Can count on them to rush you though your meal.

I felt that I was rushed to leave so that they could clean my table off for another customerI asked for the check and they stood there and waited for the money or a credit card before I had a chance to study the bill! I COULDN"T FEEL RELAXED IN THAT ATMOSHERE. sorry but I AM NOT GOING BACK!!
