  "Landmark did the "remodel," from the foundation up, on my home in 2007. The quality is excellent throughout the home, especially significant since I wanted a style (French Country) which is different from what you usually see in the mountains of Colorado. My supervisor, Matt Halliday, did a great job, was always pleasant to deal with and always put quality first. My home was essentially a custom home and I was totally involved from the time I purchased the home in its early framing stages. Matt does well in dealing with the individual client. He has superior technical knowledge of all aspects of homebuilding. I have been impressed with the sub-contractors that Landmark uses--they also want to please the client and do a good job. I love my new home! "
