I went here two weeks ago since i was in town to visit my boyfriends family. This place was recommended to me and i don't have that high of standards when it comes to getting my nails done. and i must say... This was the WORST experience that i have EVER had getting my nails done. i got there and i was told that it was going to be a 15 minute wait. i waiting 1 1/2 hours. then i was brought to a table that some girl left a moment before me and it WASN'T cleaned. They didn't even change towels in-between us!!!! then my acrylics came out all uneven, super wide on the end and it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. when i was getting them done, i asked for her to fixed them. she smiled and kept working and didn't fix them. Thats probably because she doesn't speak english and had no idea what i was saying. This place was absolutely awful and i will NEVER go there again, not for the fact that my nails came out awful, but because it is UNSANITARY, you're risking yourself for infection

Horrible experience and a waste of $30, worst pedicure ever. The tech doing my pedicure spent more time rubbing my calves than actually working on my feet. The polish job was horrible, it didn't even cover the entirty of my nails. I was allowed a generous 5 minutes under the nail dryer before being told to go home now cause it was closing time, I was literally shoved out the door with the toe separators and paper shoes on. Rude staff, rushed, non-attentive techs...I will not spend my money there again!!!

Clean, nice atmosphere, pleasant and fast technicians, good prices, professional nail jobs. It is the perfect place to go for a manicure or pedicure.

Came here for prom for my white tips and pedi. They were nice, my friend and I got it done quickly and got great designs!

I'm obsessed with my colored tips! They're hot pink and so much fun! I went here with a girl friend to treat ourselves and left with awesome nails. Will be back for sure.

I always come here for my shellacs because i find tat they have lasted te longest - close to 3 weeks. The staff are great and i love catching up on the latest movies! Overall great salon, beautiully done.

Had my nails done two months ago - they ruined my nailbeds, cut my nails too short, lied to me on two occasions, and were not honest! Do not go to this salon, you cannot trust that what you are told, is the service you will receive. Although some of the nail technicians were nice, the people who own the place appear to not care about customer outcomes! BE CAREFUL~

I have exhausted every salon in Concord and this one exceeded my expectations. Ive heard great things about this salon and I wanted to give it a try. Wonderful techs and great job on my pedi. Definitely coming back!

Incredible salon! This has been my favorite nail spot for years. I always get the Pink and Whites done because I love the French. Friendly staff, great movies, awesome atmosphere.

Although the movie and pampering was nice, and they did do a nice job on my nails, the eyebrown waxing was horribly done! Both my friend and I went and when we came out from getting our eyebrows done, we each had one thinner than the other and wax still all over our faces! What was worse, I had a dark purple burn mark just below my eyebrows that took several days to heal and had to deal with looking at it right up until my eyebrows were growing out again! We also both got the impression that the wax used on our hands in the parafin dip were reused! I'm looking for somewhere else to go!

Has anyone gotten the 3-D eyelash extensions at Princess Nails? I'm thinking about getting them but I don't know what to expect. The ladies are very sweet and friendly at Princess :) Highly recommend this place for a french manicure!

Definitely treated as a Princess!!! Very clean, great flat screen TV's to watch and super friendly staff. Best pedi I've ever had.

I highly recommend A Plus Princess Nails & Spa! I have always been greeted with a smile when I walk through the door. I have had a set of acrylic nails put on and then removed after 6 months of fills. I have never had a problem. The pedicures that are offered are definately worth having!

This is THE best nail spa I have used in Concord! The staff is friendly and accommodating and I have never been disappointed with my nails.
