      Our company made the decision to use New England Call Center as our answering service. At first we were a bit skeptical due to our experience with previous answering services as well as our demanding needs and highly confidential information, but we were very pleasantly surprised! The staff is exceptionally personable as well as professional, which are both very important aspects of good business.
