iCalled to make apt for my son (10) to have him looked at for a surgical consult. (deaf in his left ear since birth). Made the appt for a day that I knew I had off because I was starting a new job. Showed up for appt on scheduled day and they didn't have son on the schedule till the following week but was able to get me in 2 hours later. ( I live an hour away, so I guess we will just wait...) Gave the receptionist all on sons records (paper and pics). Finally went in to see Dr. Reddy and he explained that he had gone over the records and there was not much that could be done and that my son had a very complex case (multiple surgeries with no success) Dr. referred us to see a different specialist in Lebanon and told me that because there was nothing that could be done for my son there would be NO CHARGE for todays visit. Wow, how cool is that?? Until I got the bill for over $300!!! Seriously?!?!? I called the Dr. and he did admit that there was a "lack of communication" and yet THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME!!!!! Tried to get the administrator to let me speak my case to the owner of the practice and she said "They have their own patients and have already spoken to Dr. Reddy and will side with him." Really?!?!? Certainly will not be going back and will never refer anyone to that office.. Its really a shame when Dr's feel as though they can walk all over you, charge your insurance company and then send you the bill because the deductible hasn't been met yet when they tell you up front that there is NO Charge for the exam... Please do not go to this office.. .e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
